The Youth Group consists of
exciting, energetic, and extraordinary young people in
grades 7 thru 12 who are active in our church and in our
community. The youth group has logged many miles in
mission outreach at homes near Woodland, PA; at Overlook
Farm in Rutland, Massachusetts for Heifer Project
International; with adult church members at the Onondaga
Indian Nation near Syracuse, New York; at Mission
Central in Mechanicsburg, PA; delivered cheer to
Calvary’s homebound members and put together Care
Packages for their friends in college. Of course,
they still have time and energy to spend an evening
“locked in” at church; play a variety of games; eat a
lot of food; venture into the surf at Cape Henlopen
State Park in Lewes, Delaware; play mini-golf; and so
much more!
There
will be many opportunities to grow in your faith and to
grow closer to your friends. This time in your life is
full of excitement, challenges, and new opportunities.
Remember to bring Christ along for the ride!

Wednesday Night Weekly Youth Group begins on September
10 -
Join the Youth Group Table at
the Faith & Fellowship Meal at 5:30 p.m.
The special cost for youth is
$3. Then we will
head to the Youth Room until 7 p.m. If you cannot
be there at 5:30 p.m. for dinner, join us for activites
at 6 p.m. On the first Wednesday of each month we
will have Game Night! Please sign up in Sunday
School or email Kelley by Sunday Night so we can plan
for food. NOTE:
Youth Group will not be held on November 26 or if the CD
School District is closed or closes early due to
inclement weather.
Sunday,
September 14 – Mini-Golf and Lunch
– Meet in the Youth Room at Noon for a pizza lunch.
We will then head over to The Meadows for a round of
Mini-Golf. Parents should pick you up at 2:15 p.m.
in the church parking lot. Please sign up or email
Kelley by September 12 so we can plan for food. If
the weather does not cooperate, we will hang out at the
church and play games.
Sunday
School -
Sunday School begins on
September 7 and is held from 9:45-10:45 a.m. 7th
Graders (and others wishing to be Confirmed) should meet
in room 107. 8th-12th
Graders meet in the Youth Room (room 106). Come
and join us!
